The delivery of clean facilities is the number one concern and responsibility of every CCS employee.
We believe that establishing and maintaining quality and consistency requires five critical factors:
· On-Site Management: Each facility is assigned an on-site manager responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and daily customer communication.
· Efficient Operating Structure: Before each start-up experienced managers develop the most efficient job slotting structures for cleaning and establish the procedures, equipment, supplies, and support systems to meet your requirements.
· Inspections and Follow-Up: Timely follow –up and feedback provided by regular inspections are crucial to success. Scheduled inspections provide opportunities for customer interaction, detail current conditions, and prioritize the items that must be completed by the on-site manager in order to maintain consistent appearance level.
· Support Systems: Field personnel have access to an extensive support system to obtain the necessary help, information, and resources required to maintain a clean and safe facility.
· Commitment: Despite the best planning a problem may sometimes occur. The greatest quality assurance that we can give you is our total commitment to solving problems on timely basis and striving to be the best services provider.
